If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 60 days of date of purchase for exchange or refund. You may return your online purchase by mail or in person at our main office.

Mail returns:

Print out a copy of our Merchandise Return Form and fill in the requested information. Include the return form and a copy of your online receipt in your shipment and mail it to us. You can use the return mailing label provided at the bottom of the return form, or address your return package to:

? Most returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you wish to exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the original shipment for credit.

In-store returns:

?Bring your item and a copy of your online receipt with you. We will process your return and issue you a refund, credit, or exchange immediately.
?If you do not have a copy of your online receipt with you, we will issue you a merchandise credit. Please see Refunds below.

Return Shipping Charges

?Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping charges, accept C.O.D. shipping charges, or refund original shipping and handling fees unless the return is a result of our error.

?If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped from our warehouse, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. You can check the status of your order on My
Account.

Refunds

?While it is easier to return merchandise when you have your receipt, we can still accommodate you if you dont.

If you do not have your original receipt, or if you received the item as a gift, we will issue a store merchandise credit for the current selling price of the product you are returning.
If you purchased an item in one of our stores and paid by cash or check, you may return the item to the store for an immediate refund or exchange.
