Production Process:
Creating these high-quality, handmade aircraft and ship models involves several critical steps, including:
Selection of quality raw materials This step is critical since the quality of the product depends on the raw materials used. We choose well-done kiln-dried mahogany wood to ensure durability and elegance.
Wood Carving One of the most crucial steps, wood carving shapes the model based on the actual design from the blueprints. Expert wood carvers use high-quality tools like chisels, handsaws, and forming knives to achieve precise forms.
Wood Sanding/Puttying After carving, the model undergoes multiple rounds of sanding to achieve a refined, smooth surface. This process is repeated 8 to 10 times to ensure the highest quality before applying putty.
Color Spraying Once sanding and puttying are complete, the model proceeds to color spraying and final painting, achieving the desired color combination with precision.
Artist Processing At this stage, the quality of the model is checked and inspected by expert product controllers to ensure it meets the set standards before packaging.
Packaging Final cleaning is done before packaging to guarantee the product's quality.
